The Amber is 5% ABV. It has a russet colour with coppery highlights and lovely bubbles. Its nose, rich in cereals, reveals lightly toasted aromas and robust flavours.
A dense beer thanks to Camargue red rice, with a graceful texture that refreshes the palate. It shows malty aromas with touches of hazelnut and liquorice, followed by a hoppy finish. It draws its strength from bottom fermentation, which pairs perfectly with the character of Camargue rice, bringing body and roundness.
An ideal beer for indulgent refreshment or with a meal.
