Sea salt coloured and flavoured with red wine and a note of bay leaf. A lovely ruby colour and a fruity taste.
On rib of beef, duck breast, carpaccio, baked eggs or fresh cheese.
Ingredients: sea salt 87.6%, corn starch, red wine (sulphites) 3.5%, flavouring (lactose), hibiscus powder, bay leaf 0.2%.
