La Camarguaise is the Camargue liqueur from Distillerie A. Blachère, a Provençal house based in Châteauneuf-du-Pape since 1835. Inspired by Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, Aigues-Mortes and Le Grau-du-Roi, it is made by distilling, macerating and infusing more than 20 herbs and spices, with no artificial flavourings.
Serving: at room temperature or over crushed ice, as a digestif. It is also ideal for flambéing shellfish, such as prawns.
Lightly filtered to keep all the richness of the herbs, it may show a slight natural sediment.
43% ABV · 70 cl
Ingredients: water, alcohol, sugar, herb and spice distillate (including thyme, anise, wild thyme, oregano), caramel (E150a).
