The Dark is 5.3% ABV. It has a brown colour with caramel highlights and creamy, airy bubbles. Its nose, rich in cereals, reveals aromas of tobacco and chocolate notes.
A dense beer thanks to Camargue black rice, with a velvety texture and a lovely roundness on the palate. It shows malty aromas and elegant touches of coffee, followed by an intense hoppy finish. It draws its strength from bottom fermentation, which pairs perfectly with the character of Camargue rice.
An ideal beer for indulgent refreshment or throughout a meal.
