Tasting notes
Pale colour with a hint of salmon, a very delicate nose with aromas of clementine, white peach and small red berries, a delicate, elegant and lightly tangy palate.

Winemaking
- Night-time machine harvest, destemmed and crushed
- Gentle pneumatic pressing with separation of the juices
- Static settling at 12 °C for 36 hours
- Each grape variety fermented separately at 14-15 °C for 20 days
- Aged in vats on fine lees for 6 months with regular stirring
- Blended, then filtered before bottling
